Samvalg skal være det normale i helsetjenesten, og sykepleiere bør derfor få muligheten til å tilegne seg ny kunnskap og utvikle nye ferdigheter. Både i grunnog videreutdanninger samt i spesialist- og primærhelsetjenesten må vi legge vekt på å utvikle sykepleiernes samvalgskompetanse. -
